Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience as a Corporate HR Business Partner.
• Master’s Degree and/or HR Certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HR disciplines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
• Experience managing activities across multiple locations.
• Proficient in assessing workplace culture and HR practices.
• Capability to drive HR initiatives and projects.
