Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, or finance.
• Experience leading commercial negotiations.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of business issues.
• Experience in a tech-focused, hyper-growth company.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships.
• Experience with employment issues and stock option plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
