Senior Commercial Counsel - Remote

In Short

• Provide commercial contracting support for various legal matters internationally.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Develop standard documents including playbooks and templates.
• Partner with internal business teams for compliant operations.
• Produce training materials and deliver training to stakeholders.
• Respond to customer or partner inquiries.
• Work with Accenture counterparts for strategic alignment.
• 7-10+ years of legal experience required.
• Fully Qualified Lawyer or licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction.
• Experience with international offices and flexibility in working across time zones.

Requirements

• Prior experience negotiating and drafting commercial technology agreements.
• Understanding of GAAP principles related to revenue recognition.
• Strong EQ, verbal advocacy, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
• Understanding of the Ed Tech space is a plus.
• CIPP/E certification and experience with GDPR/Data Privacy is a plus.
