Overview

The Senior Commercial Counsel is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the Supply Chain organization, including reviewing, negotiating, and mitigating risk in various agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree and 6+ years of experience in corporate transactional law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating procurement agreements.
• Strong negotiation, consultation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of legal issues.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• In-house legal experience preferred.
• Admission to the Bar of at least one state.
• Ability to work with high ethics and discretion.
