• We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our Intake team.
• This position may be remote or hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
• Base salary range is $85,000 to $105,000 per year.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Perform analyses to improve client experience.
• Develop predictive models for case signup volume.
• Conduct productivity analyses for Intake team performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting needs.
• Document data methodologies and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Experience with Sigma Computing or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
