In Short

• Set learning strategy and program vision for Customer Operations teams.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design knowledge.
• Partner with SMEs to create effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to design training solutions.
• Establish accountability metrics for learning strategy.
• Analyze feedback on training efficacy.
• Manage LMS system content and courses.
• Facilitate agent trainings occasionally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in learner enablement.
• Experience explaining complex concepts.
• Ability to create and maintain enablement resources.
• Comfortable with metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Action-oriented and results-driven.
• Curious and eager to empower others.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
