Overview

The Senior Manager, People Operations is a critical leader within the Talent Enablement team, responsible for building and scaling the people operating environment that allows exceptional talent to ramp quickly, do high impact work, and choose to stay and grow with Grow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Experience in building scalable, data-driven people operations.
• Deep experience with HRIS and people systems.
• Fluency in AI tools relevant to People Operations.
• Ability to shift between strategic design and execution.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
• Proven people leadership skills.
• Change leadership experience.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication across functions.
