Overview

As the Senior People Operations Manager, you will have a direct and tangible impact on our most critical asset—our people. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling our HR systems, programs, and processes.

• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to build and implement the People Operations strategy.
• Oversee most aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Design and improve People programs, policies, processes, and resources.
• Manage HR technology systems and ensure data integrity.
• Stay compliant with employment laws and regulations.
• Utilize People data to identify trends and make recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Strong command of HR technology platforms.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Proactive and creative problem-solver.
• Exceptional communication skills.
