• Oversee total rewards and compensation strategy to ensure market competitiveness.
• Transform data collection into actionable insights.
• Serve as a strategic partner on employment law compliance.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of People Operations experience in tech organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS platforms.
• Player/coach mentality, comfortable with tactical and strategic work.
• Expertise in compliance and employment law.
• Exceptional judgment and communication skills.
