Overview

As the Senior Manager, People Operations at Mixbook, you will act as a senior HR generalist, focusing on building trust across the organization and providing mentorship and coaching to people managers and team members.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of broad People Operations experience.
• Experience in coaching people managers or employee relations.
• Experience within startups or technology-driven companies.
• Functional expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong communication skills tailored to audience needs.
• Knowledge of People Operations software and automation.
• Strong business acumen in People Operations practices.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
