In Short

• Lead annual and long-range planning, quarterly financial reporting, and monthly forecasting and analysis.
• Provide data-driven direction to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational results to understand the Company’s financial health.
• Support debt/equity transactions and build financial narratives.
• Scale processes and systems for business forecasting.
• Partner with Treasury Manager for cash optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and custom reports for financial data insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of analytical corporate Finance/FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements.
• Excel expert and familiarity with AI tools.
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
• Intellectually curious and willing to push boundaries.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for communication.
• Understanding of investment principles and cash management strategies.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
