Overview

TripleTen is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to develop educational content tailored for Spanish-speaking students in the LATAM region.

In Short

Develop structured modules, lessons, and assignments for UX/UI design workflows.
Enhance student engagement through LX design methodologies.
Design online programs optimized for remote learning.
Track KPIs to refine content based on student engagement and outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align educational goals.
Work with local expert authors to ensure content quality.
Basic understanding of design fields such as UX/UI or graphic design.
Familiarity with LX design methodologies.
Experience in developing online programs for distance learning.
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage content metrics.
Business-oriented mindset for translating needs into learning objectives.
