Overview

TripleTen is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to develop educational content for Spanish-speaking students in the LATAM region, focusing on enhancing student engagement through modern pedagogical approaches.

In Short

Develop structured modules, lessons, and assignments for UX/UI design.
Utilize LX design methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
Design online programs optimized for remote learning.
Monitor and analyze content metrics to refine educational materials.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align educational goals.
Work closely with local expert authors to ensure content quality.
Basic understanding of design principles required.
Familiarity with LX design methodologies is essential.
Proven experience in developing online programs.
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

Experience in UX/UI or graphic design.
Knowledge of educational experience design.
Ability to create asynchronous courses for distance learning.
Experience in content metrics management.
