Overview

The Senior Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for the timely and meticulous parameterization of electronic banking systems for corporate clients, ensuring process priorities are maintained.

In Short

• Parameterize electronic banking systems for corporate clients.
• Participate in explanation processes with advisors/clients regarding electronic banking requests.
• Engage in system testing for the supported processes.
• Support the supervisor in training new employees and conducting certifications.
• Report process improvements and participate in implementing efficiency-enhancing changes.
• Escalate technological and process issues, register requests, and collaborate with technology teams.
• Ensure excellent service for internal and external clients regarding electronic banking parameterization.
• Communicative knowledge of English is required.
• Minimum secondary education is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of banking products is preferred.

• Minimum secondary education.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
