Overview

The Senior Client Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful, on-time delivery of Form Health solutions for clients and partners, ensuring a seamless implementation process.

• Lead point of contact during the implementation process.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing role in healthcare.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Experience with healthcare program integrations.
• Ability to resolve implementation issues.
• Knowledge of employer program implementations.
• BA/BS in healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
