• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, clinical outcomes, operational metrics, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to expose key data in the app and support A/B testing.
• Support strategic research and opportunity analysis to surface new opportunities for impact.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or product analytics.
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools.
• Proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, data insights, or product analytics.
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools; familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus.
• Able to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analyses.
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with a knack for bringing clarity to cross-functional work.
