• Provide actionable insights derived from data to the Country Manager.
• Act as the primary analytical thought partner to the ES Country Manager.
• Model financial impact of commercial decisions and analyze pricing strategies.
• Own the bottoms-up forecasting and planning process for the ES market.
• Become the expert on performance drivers of the ES market.
• Champion the new data platform within the ES team.
• Build intuitive dashboards in Looker for local commercial teams.
• Lead insight-driven meetings using dashboards.
• Reduce reliance on ad-hoc data requests by empowering teams with dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Looker and GCP.
• Strong storytelling skills with data.
• Ability to perform market analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills.
• Experience in commercial decision modeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
