Overview

The Client Onboarding Documentation Analyst will be a key player in Citi’s Client Onboarding Team, responsible for ensuring a positive onboarding experience for clients by managing documentation processes and engaging with stakeholders.

In Short

  • Coordinate and execute the documentation process for client account openings.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for clients, addressing queries efficiently.
  • Enhance client experience by simplifying internal processes.
  • Conduct regular updates with customers on account opening status.
  • Perform due diligence on documentation for legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Update documentation status in the inventory database.
  • Manage client queries using a project management approach.
  • Coordinate special projects such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Work independently as part of a team.
  • Contribute to a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model.

Requirements

  • 1-4+ years of experience in Corporate Customer Service, KYC, or Project Management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in a documentation or legal environment is preferable.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain business partnerships and client relationships.
  • Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
