  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to coach and develop talent.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in customer service and system testing.
  • Ability to interact with senior management confidently.
