Proposal Analyst - Remote

Overview

Mark43 is looking for a Proposal Analyst to support the Proposal Management function across RFx activity, playing a critical role in proposal operations.

In Short

• Download and organize solicitation documents for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs.
• Set up proposal workspaces for new RFx opportunities.
• Prepare summaries and internal notifications for proposal intake.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and track action items.
• Gather standard company information for submissions.
• Maintain proposal calendars and document libraries.
• Assist with formatting and proofreading proposal documents.
• Track deadlines and compliance requirements for submissions.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with structured processes and document-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• High level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Experience in RFx processes preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement portals is a plus.
