HighLevel is seeking a visionary leader to design and scale our global People Operations & Technology function, focusing on creating a seamless, employee-centric experience while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a remote-first environment.

• Design and launch a centralized Global People Shared Services Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Optimize service delivery models for scalability and quality.
• Lead transaction support with consistent SLAs and data accuracy.
• Define global standards while ensuring localized compliance.
• Implement digital transformation initiatives across all people systems.
• Build dashboards and predictive analytics for workforce planning.
• Partner with teams to pilot and scale tools enhancing the employee experience.
• Lead change management and communications for adoption.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across People operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Requirements

• 12+ years in People Operations, with 5+ in a global leadership role.
• Experience transforming a People Shared Services function across countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, especially Darwinbox.
• Experience with AI tools for workflow streamlining.
• Hands-on leadership style with strategic vision.
• Understanding of remote-first and global compliance.
• Pre-IPO or IPO experience is a plus.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
