Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, focusing on web applications.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in frontend (React, Redux) or backend (Node, Redis, Go) technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and other infrastructure tools.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern development practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers at various levels.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
