In Short

  • Provide exemplary customer service to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams.
  • Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Carry out reasonably allocated duties and tasks.
  • Ensure alignment with company values.
  • Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in certification and exam fields is an advantage.
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Advanced computer literacy required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Well organized, self-driven, and flexible.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
