In Short

  • Provide exemplary customer service to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams.
  • Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Align work with company values of Quality, Passion, Integrity, and Innovation.
  • Handle technical or procedural issues during exams.
  • Available to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
  • Undergo background checks for SELT service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Experience in certification and exam fields is an advantage.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent command of English & French.
  • Advanced computer literacy required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized and self-driven.
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
