Overview

We are seeking an Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant to enhance operational efficiency in talent assessment and provide exceptional service to our customers. As part of an agile team, you will contribute to the improvement of the efficiency and quality of PeopleCert's global certification services.

In Short

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the inquiry and certification process.
  • Supervise the safe and fair administration of certification exams at test centers or online platforms.
  • Adhere to exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process.
  • Address technical or procedural issues that arise during exams.
  • Conduct administrative tasks related to exam registration, scheduling, and result processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system while adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize operations.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Support PeopleCert's multinational business and global operations with a flexible and adaptive customer center mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in similar roles is a plus.
  • Experience in talent assessment, training, or certification exam industries is a plus.
  • High passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency with customer-facing capabilities.
  • Native-level or C2-level English proficiency (LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL holders preferred). Other language skills are a plus.
  • Advanced PC skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle high workloads and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
