Customer Service Agent: Catalan - Afternoon Shift - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Fever, you will provide exceptional support to our customers while working from home in the afternoon shift.

In Short

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and chats efficiently.
• Provide accurate information using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.
• Work schedule: 16:00-0:00 with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service.
• Experience using Zendesk preferred.
• High level of Catalan and fluency in Spanish or English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable professional.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Decisive and organized.
• Must reside in Spain.
