Customer Service Agent - Catalan (Morning Shift) - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Agent will provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience while working remotely.

In Short

• Work from home providing customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Handle incoming calls and chats effectively.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints.
• Follow established communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers to enhance their experience.
• Perform parallel work for the Operations Department as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Work schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Zendesk is preferred.
• Fluent in Catalan and either Spanish or English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• Must reside in Spain.
