Overview

This position ensures accurate best practice business processes/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within the HRIS to support the administrators of compensation programs, annual performance reviews, benefits administration, and open enrollment, payroll, and reporting efforts.

In Short

  • Support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Partner with management on compensation program development.
  • Monitor and recommend changes to compensation practices.
  • Provide advice on pay decisions and job evaluations.
  • Oversee salary surveys and monitor data.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR system users.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify system improvements.
  • Manage permissions and access for HR systems users.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience.
  • CCP or GRP certification highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of HR information systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal compensation laws.
