Overview

DoorDash is looking for a Manager to join the Strategy & Operations team to accelerate growth opportunities in the Texas Region.

In Short

• Own business outcomes — Set and drive towards regional targets for growth and profitability
• Build the team — Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing candidates on the US Local team
• Influence – Work cross-functionally with various partners to support strategic projects
• Operate – Figure out how to get from A to B and make it happen

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-performance cultures
• Experience in leading and motivating a team
• Ability to summarize complex problems and translate goals into plans
• Bias towards action in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to get hands dirty and open to feedback
• Crave responsibility and want to shape market direction
• Experience in a complex or high-growth environment
• Early stage startup experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters Degree a plus
• Experience in Logistics, Product Management, Business Operations, or Partnerships is a plus
