The Manager for DashMart Growth Strategy & Operations will lead initiatives to scale DoorDash's convenience store business, focusing on strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• 6-8+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles.
• Comfortable operating at both high and detailed levels.
• Thrives in ambiguous, startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Excel.
• Completed BS/BA Degree.
