Overview

Voodoo is looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to lead key transversal initiatives and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

In Short

• Become a growth expert by understanding the growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs.
• Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo.
• Enjoy autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them.
• Design and build leading processes and products.
• Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring adaptability.
• Projects may include identifying new business opportunities, leading operational teams, and launching new ventures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking).
• Curious, highly analytical, and passionate about making an impact.
• Desire to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility.
• Nice to have: ability to run SQL queries.
• Experience in gaming or performance marketing is a plus.
