In Short

Lead or support strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and execution of the end-to-end order lifecycle.
Analyze large data sets to uncover actionable insights, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms.
Own and drive OKR initiatives and contribute to OKR goal setting and planning process.
Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, including capacity allocation, workflow efficiency, and cost reduction.
Develop business strategies and frameworks to support growth and operational excellence.
Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track key operational and company KPIs.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, or management consulting role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or other analytics tools is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
