Manager, Strategy and Operations - Remote

In Short

• Lead or support strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and execution of the end-to-end order lifecycle.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover actionable insights, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Own and drive OKR initiatives and contribute to OKR goal setting and planning process.
• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, including capacity allocation, workflow efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Develop business strategies and frameworks to support growth and operational excellence.
• Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track key operational and company KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, or management consulting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
