Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or related field.
• 2-3+ years in strategy, analytics, or consulting.
• Expertise in Salesforce optimization.
• Experience automating Salesforce processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL or analytics tools.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with omni-channel routing is a plus.
