Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting the sales process, ensuring the effectiveness of sales operations, and providing key data-driven insights to commercial leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or sales operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• High attention to detail.
