Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

ClickHouse is actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating closely with our sales representatives, account managers, and cross-functional partners to drive sales performance and streamline processes within the dynamic and rapidly growing cloud services market.

In Short

• Partner with go-to-market teams to develop reports, dashboards, and analysis using Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Superset.
• Manage the forecast and provide analysis on the forecast, pipeline, and sales outcomes.
• Responsible for APJ deal support from quote to cash.
• Support the creation of private offers on Cloud Service Provider platforms.
• Provision ClickHouse Cloud credits and oversee trial extensions.
• Build sales enablement and onboarding for new APJ sales leaders.
• Manage and maintain territories in Leandata.
• Quickly solve process pain points while developing long-term solutions.
• Partner with billing and finance teams to automate manual processes.
• Build and maintain documentation on go-to-market policies and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Sales Operations role in a SaaS technology company.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge with Salesforce data tables.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to execute and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Systems thinking and applying creative solutions.
• Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts.
• Knowledge of go-to-market tools (e.g. Salesforce, LeanData).
• Knowledge of cloud and consumption-based billing within SaaS technology.
