Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role in scaling revenue growth at Solink. You will act as a Business Partner to one or more of Solink’s Senior Sales Leaders, analyzing their team’s data, providing insights and recommendations, and helping to make informed, strategic decisions.

• Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably HubSpot).
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management.
• Leverage data to create predictable outcomes.
• Analyze forecasting data to identify risks.
• Present data in easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Ensure the CRM is set up for smooth hand-offs from the Sales Team.
• Partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
