As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at ClickHouse, you will be responsible for building and leading processes to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure that runs ClickHouse databases.

In Short

Collaborate with various engineering teams to design and implement scalable systems.
Establish and manage service level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs).
Ensure monitoring and alerting for infrastructure components.
Enhance incident response processes and post-mortem analysis.
Continuously improve reliability and performance of ClickHouse services.
Plan and drive Chaos initiatives across Engineering teams.
Manage on-call processes for performance issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Experience using ClickHouse in production.
Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
Understanding of distributed databases and SQL.
Experience with container orchestration tools.
Experience with automation and configuration management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
