Overview

Addepar is seeking a Deal Operations & Sales Strategy Analyst to join our GTM Strategy and Operations team. This hybrid role will focus on optimising sales processes, supporting deal flow, and working closely with sales leadership to drive operational excellence.

• Manage key aspects of the sales cycle, including deal flow, pricing, and approvals.
• Analyze sales pipeline data and key performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle.
• Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and product teams.
• Maintain accurate data across systems.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Create process documentation and train sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative subject area.
• 4+ years in a deal operations, sales operations, or revenue operations role.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working within Salesforce and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
