  • Available for eastern hours shifts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or service roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Interest in improving customer experience linked to business growth.
  • Empathetic and collaborative, with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, and ticketing systems.
  • Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace for remote work.
  • Ability to work eastern hours.
