In Short

  • Looking for a Senior Director of Actuarial Services.

  • Drive meaningful analytics and decision making.
  • Support pricing of risk deal proposals.
  • Work closely with IT to develop internal reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in value-based care and data analysis.
  • Develop product pricing models and benchmarks.
  • Analyze healthcare claims data.
  • Assist in forecasting efforts.
  • Position can be remote.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience as an actuarial director in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with government healthcare programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Collaboration with clinical and operations leaders.
  • Experience with claims data analytics.
  • Strong quantitative skills and statistical analysis.
  • Associate-Level Certification from the Society of Actuaries.
  • Experience in at-risk healthcare environments.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to ethics and integrity.
