Director of Actuarial Services - Remote

Overview

The Director, Actuarial Services will serve as a strategic owner of actuarial analyses and lead a team to develop monthly financial forecasts, budgets, and shared savings projections for Provider Organization (PO) partners in ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Relevant actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA).
• 8+ years of actuarial experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage bid preparation.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel.
• Data analysis skills using SQL and/or SAS.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
