Senior Strategic Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, you will produce valuable insights to improve decision-making at all levels of the organization by developing complex financial models that forecast business needs and measure performance.

In Short

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for existing and prospective risk contracts.
• Support the development of board and investor materials.
• Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling and risk analysis.
• Contribute to strategic planning cycles and long-range financial outlooks.
• Collaborate with the Actuarial team to interpret claims data.
• Partner with business operations leaders to measure performance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to assess financial implications.
• Serve as a thought partner to business leaders.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience developing complex financial models.
• Experience producing presentation materials for executives.
• Experience working with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools preferred.
• Able to travel to Nashville, TN on an occasional basis.
