The Senior Analyst is an integral member of the company’s Strategic Finance team, and is responsible for providing timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of financial and operating performance. This is a high impact role on the Finance team supporting key strategic initiatives, generating insights into business performance, and providing Virta’s leadership team with effective decision-making support.

In Short

• Build and manage budget and forecast models
• Analyze aspects of the clinical delivery model to highlight relevant data points
• Partner with key stakeholders across several departments
• Create and improve reporting decks and dashboards
• Maintain and improve data integrity across systems
• Establish working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Develop understanding of each partner department
• Help manage Clinical Operations and Product Development forecasting
• Analyze and report on historical performance
• Assist in preparation for executive and Board reporting

Requirements

• 2-4 years of investment banking or consulting experience
• Ability to work with large or complex data reports
• Operational mindset and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Excel
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or a quantitative discipline
