GTM Strategic Finance Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a GTM Strategic Finance Sr Analyst at Gong, you will report to the Sr. Director of GTM Strategic Finance and play a key role in driving data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that fuel our company’s growth.

In Short

• Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and refine our annual growth plan and strategic initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on analysis of business performance.
• Take ownership of the Sales planning cycle, working as a strategic thought partner to revenue leaders.
• Deliver high-quality, executive-ready outputs that influence strategic decisions.
• Own the real-time outlook and forecasting process across all customer segments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, investment banking, GTM FP&A, and/or strategy consulting.
• Prior Sales planning experience in a high-tech or enterprise software company is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive into both tactical details and broader strategic issues.
• Experience in manipulating large data sets and presenting insights for executive leadership.
• Deep experience building complex financial/strategic analysis models in Excel.
• Proficiency in technical tools (SQL, Tableau) to perform deep data analysis.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior executives.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
