In Short

Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range financial planning efforts to support the Crypto team’s org-level OKRs.
Analyze and forecast the financial impact of Crypto marketing incentives and promotions.
Partner closely with the crypto accounting and operations team to ensure P&L accuracy.
Synthesize and present key financial insights for senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
Execute on business case modeling and ad-hoc projects.
Be a thought leader to improve and simplify processes.

Requirements

B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years professional work experience in finance & strategy roles.
High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite products.
Excellent analytical financial modeling and forecasting skills.
Superb product and business sense, and concise communication skills.
A strong sense of urgency and high standards.
Experience in consumer fintech products is a plus.
