Overview

The Corporate Trainer (Learning and Development Specialist) will be responsible for facilitating engaging instructor-led learning experiences. You will leverage core concepts in adult learning theory and facilitation paired with emerging trends and technologies to create effective learning experiences for all team members.

  • Facilitate highly engaging and interactive learning sessions.
  • Develop and maintain effective facilitator guides.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Organizational Development team.
  • Support the development of facilitation tools.
  • Leverage emerging technologies for learning interventions.
  • Maintain and update the learning content library.
  • Complete learning request intake analysis.
  • Stay up to date on facilitation best practices.
  • Support course assignment and attendance tracking.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
  • Three years of facilitation or training experience in healthcare.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively for engaging solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in instructional design.
