• Lead cross-functional initiatives and long-term programs, collaborating closely with functional leaders and Cribl’s executive team.
• Design and implement company-wide processes to track priorities, goals, and results.
• Tackle complex, ambiguous problems by synthesizing diverse stakeholder opinions.
• Drive special ad hoc projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and improve business cadence by creating high-quality content for key meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or business operations roles.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and effective program management skills.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives.
