Overview

An experienced Strategy & Operations Manager is needed to help scale DoorDash's Commerce Platform as it transitions from early pilots to sustainable success.

In Short

• Define and own growth targets and KPIs.
• Launch and scale GTM playbooks integrating product marketing, sales, and marketing.
• Shape product marketing strategy and develop messaging and value propositions.
• Partner with Sales to design pipeline strategies and support go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch demand generation programs and lifecycle campaigns.
• Lead insights gathering to refine product-market fit.
• Own performance dashboards and track progress against targets.
• Create systems that enhance execution and scalability.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in Strategy & Ops, Sales Strategy, or Growth Marketing.
• Proven track record of owning growth metrics and delivering on revenue goals.
• Experience driving sales and marketing initiatives for measurable adoption.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with product positioning and GTM frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and SQL.
