Marketplace Manager - Remote

Overview

We seek an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our presence across online 3P marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role manages product listings, drives revenue growth, and improves customer experience across all marketplace platforms.

• Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplaces, including product listing, pricing, promotions, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize sales, profitability, and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive growth and improve brand visibility.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service, and supply chain) to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
• Monitor customer reviews and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Implement best practices for SEO and paid media strategies on marketplace platforms.
• Handle marketplace compliance, returns, and customer service escalations.
• Stay current with platform updates, policies, and industry trends.
• Create and manage data feeds to marketplaces from ChannelAdvisor software to ensure accurate product data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience with SEO and paid media strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ChannelAdvisor or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
