Overview

Harbor is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join our Talent Operations Team. As a Senior Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, analysis and administration of Harbor’s global compensation programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.

In Short

  • Manage compensation data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed pay gap analyses and present recommendations.
  • Build and maintain job architecture in collaboration with Learning & Development.
  • Participate in salary surveys and establish salary structures.
  • Utilize compensation software for data management.
  • Lead compensation processes including salary reviews and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations.
  • Create compensation reports for audits and leadership needs.
  • Assist with compensation and bonus calculations.
  • Collaborate with the global payroll team for data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on compensation experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining job architecture.
  • Knowledge of global compensation policies and practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.
  • Professional Services experience desired.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
